Which is It? Deadpool 2 or Teen Titans Go! To the Movies?

This is a 2018 superhero film featuring multiple superheroes with strong comedic elements and the constant breaking of the 4th wall. It features a character that people called Deadpool who dresses in red and black and fights with guns and swords. The film also references to other films in both the Marvel and DC Cinematic Universes, and savagely pokes fun at the “Martha” plot point in Batman v. Superman (in which Batman stopped fighting Superman because their mothers shared the same name), dumps on the widely-panned Green Lantern film, and features a Stan Lee appearance in it. There is also time travel involved in which the protagonist travels back in time to change history, and messes with the canon of other superhero films. The protagonist also has a relationship with a superpowered individual with the ability to control fire, and he eventually learns to appreciate the superpowered individuals around him with whom he works with, one of which is a cyborg. One of the gags in the film involved the protagonist’s baby limbs, and the song Take On Me by Norwegian synthpop band A-ha is part of its soundtrack.
